- Library
The VIMS & RC Health Sciences Library is Spread Over 4,000 sq mts and can Accommodate 750 Students at a Time. It Provides Access to a Range of Databases on the Campus Network, E-Resources, and OPAC-Related Access to its Vast Collection. It has a Separate Audio-Visual Room, Computer Lab, Group Study Area and Private Study Area.
The VIMS & RC Central Library was Established in 2000 when the College Started Functioning. Year After Year it has Made Steady Progress and has Grown into a Collection of Medical Books, Journals Back Issues and Bound Volumes with Subscription of Indian and International Journals Yearly on Various Medical Subjects. Both the Central Library and the Department Libraries Have in Addition a Digital Library with Internet Facilities. Central Library is Fully Air Conditioned and Under CCTV Surveillance. The Library is Opening from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm on all Workings Days.
- Hostel
There are two separate hostels at present, one for the boys and another for the girls. The boys and girls hostels are located in the Institute campus and can accommodate about 200 students each. Student Welfare Officers and Wardens are always available to students and interns to lend a patient ear to all their problems related to curricular activities and to provide suitable remedies.
- Transportation
There are buses including one mini bus and vans available for Transportation of students to and from Banashankari campus to the Hospital premises and to transport them to various training centres.
- Cafeteria
The Hospital Canteen Sri Nidhi Sagar caters to the need of Faculty, Students and staff at Hospital. A new canteen with modern amenities is open at the college campus.
- Auditorium
There is a Auditorium in the campus equipped with the slide and multimedia projectors.
- Sports/Gym
The college has a fully equipped health club with a 10 Station Multi-Gym, two TreadMills and Steppers and a Trained Instructor. The Health Club is open to all students of KIMS from 6:00AM to 8:00PM. Indoor Games like Chess, Carrom and Table tennis are also available. The New Sports Complex coming up will house two Synthetic Tennis Courts, Basketball and Volleyball Courts and an Amphitheatre.
